As a recruiter at Limburg Social Services you are faced with a great challenge, because you get all the freedom to work in our recruitment department. Apart from the existing recruitment method, you will look for the best way for candidates to find us. You ensure the integration of a correct ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and you will ensure that all vacancies are correctly posted on all channels. We also recruit internationally, so you’re working on many things at the same time!
You will work in a motivated team that all strive for the most successful possible placement of employees with our customers. Limburg Social Services has many years of experience in the field of temporary employment, recruitment and selection and the secondment of qualified personnel. We do this in industry, construction, logistics and cleaning. Service and expertise are central to us.
As a recruiter you will be involved in:
- independently handling the recruitment and selection procedures
- switch with colleagues to provide our customer with her needs as soon as possible
- to be actively involved in the labor market
- keep an eye on trends and developments, you see opportunities and take advantage of them
- relationship management of existing and new customers
- in possession of a HBO diploma
- you have at least 1 year of experience as an intermediary, recruiter or corporate recruiter
- available full-time and you have a driving license B
- communicative, commercial and enterprising
- you speak a nice word of English and German
